NYT Interviews Scientist Richard Wrangham, Author of "Catching Fire: How Cooking Made Us Human"

From The New York Times today an interview with Dr. Richard Wrangham. Wrangham's new book is Catching Fire: How Cooking Made Us Human. "Our ancestors were able to evolve," according to Wrangham, "because cooked foods were richer, healthier and required less eating time."
